On this full day private tour we will discover the beauty of Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas, two of the jewels of Andalusia.

Ronda is a destination recounted by romantic writers and travellers of the 19th century such as Ernest Hemingway or Prosper Mérimée or chosen as the eternal resting place of artists such as Orson Welles. Ronda has left an indelible mark on many artists, intellectuals and travellers, and no wonder! Its prodigious New Bridge, its bullring, its Arab bath, its views,… few places can boast so much history, uniqueness and beauty.

In the morning we will explore all the charms of Ronda on a private tour of about 3 hours ending, weather permitting, with a glass of wine on the terrace of a beautiful 19th century palace.

For lunch, you will have a reserved table at one of the best restaurants in the city. A well-deserved break to enjoy the rich local gastronomy without rushing.

After lunch we will head for Setenil de las Bodegas, a beautiful village located about 20 km from Ronda, which is part of the well known Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos (Route of the White Villages). This unique village in the mountains of Cádiz stands out above all for its cave houses and the large rocks that seem to literally engulf them. A highly recommendable sight to see.

Almost unknown until recently, this town in Cádiz has been garnering a lot of praise lately. Without going any further, in 2019 Setenil de las Bodegas was named as the best “secret” destination in Europe according to European Best Destinations.

After visiting the most beautiful corners of this surprising white village we will return in a comfortable private transfer to our starting point.
