It is a gigantic gorge that opens into a circular hole: the Caldera. A geological formation of great uniqueness and scenic beauty that arose from the erosive action of the waters of the Guadalevín river over millennia. This place is home to different species of birds of prey such as the peregrine falcon and the eagle owl.

A wonderful route through a natural environment of high geological, ethnological and ornithological value where, apart from enjoying a healthy activity and magnificent views, you can learn all about the history of the ancient defensive structures of the city and its 14 mills of Arab origin.

Along this route we will find, among other things, impressive viewpoints, the remains of medieval towers and walls and curious rock formations where we can see marine fossils.
