Jewels of Seville
Guided tour of the main monuments of Seville including the Cathedral and the Real Alcázar.

Jewels of Seville

Private tour to the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral of Seville.

On this private tour you will discover the three main monumental jewels of Seville that are World Heritage Sites: the Cathedral, the Real Alcázar and the Archivo de Indias.

Immerse yourself in the history of Seville Cathedral and travel back to the fascinating Middle Ages in the largest Gothic temple in the world. Built on the site of the Almohad mosque, the Cathedral of Santa María in Seville symbolises religious substitution, although the courtyard and minaret, now known as the Giralda, have been preserved.

A stroll through the Real Alcázar will give you an insight into the Mudejar style, among other things. Art inspired by Al-Andalus but made for the use and enjoyment of Christian monarchs.

You can relive the clandestine love story between Pedro I and María Padilla next to the Arab cistern where, according to legend, they met every night to look at the stars. Palaces, fountains, galleries, belvederes and beautiful gardens await you in this incredible place.

But that’s not all! We will also learn about the history and the exterior of the Archivo General de Indias. In 1785, this building became the major documentary and archive centre for the relationship that Spain and Seville had with the territories of America and the Pacific in the past.

Join us on this marvellous walking tour through the history of these three magnificent buildings listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites with our specialised official guides.
