In what languages is the visit available?
We have a multilingual team. Most of our activities can be enjoyed in Spanish, English, French, German or Italian.
Where is the activities meeting point?
The meeting point is indicated in the “Prepare your visit” section within each activity. You will also find it in the confirmation email once the reservation is made.

Is it necessary to print a voucher or receipt?
Although it is mandatory to show the booking voucher you have received by email, it is not necessary to have it printed. In fact we prefer that you display it in digital format therefore contributing to the care of the environment.
I don't have the voucher or receipt neither printed nor in digital format, what can I do?
In this event, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible indicating the incidence and that way be able to give you a solution.
Do you access all the places indicated on each route?
The places where access to the interior is indicated is in the description of each route or experience.
Normally in case that we do not indicate anything; we do not access inside.What happens if I can't attend?

I don't know if I will have time to get to the tour, if I'm late, will they wait for me?
If you think you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible.
What is a gift voucher?
This option is ideal if you want to give a different and original gift to someone close to you.
You can book any of our activities and send it as a gift to a recipient.
This type of voucher does not require you to indicate the date, since the beneficiary can redeem it during a 1 year validity period from the reservation date.How can I reserve a gift voucher and how does it work?
- When making the reservation you must check the option “I want it for a gift (no date)”.
- Subsequently fill in the details of the buyer and beneficiary. You can even add a personalized message.
- Once the reservation is made and paid (gift voucher) you will be sent a confirmation email and gift voucher (if you selected that option in advance).
- On the other hand, the recipient will receive the gift voucher with a “redeem” button. You can redeem it at any time (before the expiration date). The name of the buyer and the message will also appear (if something has been written).
- When the recipient decides to redeem the gift voucher, you just need to click on the “redeem” button of the received email and then a calendar will appear. Next you will select a date and time, indicate your telephone number and your name and click on the “book” button.

When to book?
Our recommendation is that you book as soon as possible to guarantee your places.
Days with available places are indicated on the calendar in green. When all the places have run out, the day will appear in red.
Finally, in the event that the days are indicated in purple call us to check availability.How do I make a reservation?
It is easy, fast and 100% safe.
Before starting we recommend that you have your credit or debit card handy.
Select the desired date on the calendar (while it is still in green), then the number of persons, and click the “Next” button.
Finally complete the requested fields and click “Make reservation”.Is the payment secure?
At Andalucía 360 we have a 100% secure and encrypted online payment system against fraud and security in cardholder authentication through the SSL (secure socket layer) protocol.
In what currency do I have to pay my reservations?
The charge will be made in Euros (€).
How can I pay for my reservation?
Payment of the reservation must be made through our website or through the option of “booking by phone” without the possibility of paying it directly to the guide.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made 100% securely with Visa or MasterCard.
Do I receive a receipt?
After completing the reservation we will send you a confirmation email with the details, the meeting point and other useful information that you can carry on your mobile or printed on the day of the route.
Be sure to correctly enter your email address.How long do I have to wait to receive the confirmation email?
You will receive the confirmation email immediately after payment.If you don’t receive it, there are two possible reasons:
- That the payment has not been completed correctly, check your bank account.
- That you have not written your email correctly.

I think I have made the payment but I have not received confirmation.
Most likely, the payment was not completed and therefore the service is not confirmed. We recommend that you make the reservation again and finish the process.
If you check that you have been charged for the amount in your bank / paypal and you have not received the confirmation, you may have put the email wrong. In this case, call us at (+34) 642 098 890 or write to [email protected] and we will help you solve it.

What is a reservation by phone?
This reservation modality is designed for those people who want to book by phone without having to provide bank details during the call.
How does the reservation by phone work?
You can request the reservation of most of our activities by phone, easily and 100% safely.
- Calling our customer service phone number, you indicate the activity you want to book along with your basic personal data (name, phone, email …)
- Then we send you a link via email through a secure payment button where you can enter your bank card details.
- We can keep your reservation up to 3 hours.
- Once paid you will receive another confirmation email and that’s it. It’s that easy!
Can I book for someone else?
Of course! You simply have to indicate the data of the person who will carry out the activity instead of yours.
In the payment information, you must indicate your data so that the transaction is completed correctly.
Is it possible to make the reservation and pay everything on arrival?
We are sorry, in individual reservations the total amount must be paid at the time of making it through the web or in the case of making a pre-reservation by phone within 3 hours.
It is possible to pay by credit card (except American Express) or by debit card.
Can I change the date of a reservation?
It depends on the guided tour you have chosen.
- In the activities that do not involve the entrance to large monuments or the hiring of external services such as transport there is no problem.
- On the other hand, there are certain activities in which the date cannot be modified because we have had to buy the entrance or transport ticket in advance and the issuing institution or company does not allow such modifications.

What do I have to do to change the date of a reservation?
If you have booked an activity that does not entail the entrance to large monuments and you want to modify the date of your reservation, write to us at the email [email protected] indicating your name, the new date and the reservation number that appears in the confirmation email that you have received.

Can I cancel my reservation?
We have a flexible cancellation policy in the vast majority of our activities. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance and 100% free.
In the event of a request to cancel the purchased service, you must do it by sending an email to [email protected], indicating your name and the reservation number that appears in the confirmation email that we have sent you.
We recommend doing it as soon as possible to avoid possible cancellation fees.

We reward your loyalty
If I book multiple tours, will I get a discount?
That’s right !, we have two types of discounts.
“Multipack discounts” and “Promotional codes”.
In the following lines we explain what each one is and how they work
What are multipack discounts?
It is a type of discount that is applied to the total amount when you book together two or more activities that are different from each other.
This type of discount does not apply to bookings made on different dates.How do multipack discounts work?
It’s very easy! When you have added two or more activities to the shopping cart you will see how the current discount on the total amount is automatically applied to you.
Does it apply to all activities?
The activities to which this type of discount is applied are shown with this icon:
How much is the discount?
It is not a fixed percentage since it can vary according to the season.
What is a promotional code?
It is a type of discount that applies directly to the price of our activities.
How does a promotional code work?
At the time of booking, insert the current promotional code in the “promotional code” box located below the booking calendar and you will see how the discount is automatically applied to you.
Does it apply to all activities?

How much is the discount?
It is not a fixed percentage, it can vary according to the date.
Is there a discount for public employees or other groups?
Sorry, prices are the same for all customers.
Are there any discounts for retirees, children, disabled people or others?
In most of our private tours, children under 12 years old are free, so it is not necessary to indicate it in the reservation process.
Those over 12 years old count as adults so they will have to be added in the reservation process.

DATES AND SCHEDULES
When do we meet?
How far in advance should the reservation be made?
We recommend making the reservation as far in advance as possible as we limit the groups to 6 people to guarantee quality. Keep in mind that on certain dates such as Christmas, Easter, long weekends and holidays, the groups usually fill up quickly.
What days is each activity carried out?
Within the page of each activity, on the right side, you will find a calendar in which you can see the date and time when it is carried out.
Available dates are marked in green.
Can I do the activity at a different time or date than the one published?
Normally our activities are carried out on the days and times that are indicated in the calendar.

Do you have guided tours at Christmas or on public holidays?
Most do, but each activity has its own calendar. Check availability and book as soon as possible. In high season or holidays groups are usually booked well in advance.
Can I reserve a product and leave the date open?
This option is only available in the “gift voucher” modality.

PRIVATE TOURS
In small committee
Is there a minimum number of people to book a private tour?
There isn’t a minimum number of people who have to book the activity.
How many people, at the most, can go on a private visit?
To guarantee the quality and exclusivity of this type of visits, we limit the group to 10 persons.
For bigger groups we recommend you to contact us to give you other alternatives.
On private tours, is hotel pickup included?
It is a service that carries an additional cost of € 25 per group.
If you want us to pick you up from the hotel, indicate this in the contact form, as well as the name of your hotel.

CANCELLATIONS
Anybody can have a setback
Can reservations be canceled?
We have a flexible cancellation policy for the vast majority of our activities, which can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance, 100% free of charge.
Even so, Within our “terms and conditions” there are two types of cases:
- Cancellations of guided tours that include tickets to monuments and / or shows.
- Cancellations of guided tours, activities or experiences that do not include entrance fees to monuments.
Depending on the type of assumption and when the cancellation is made, it can be refunded 100% or incur cancellation costs.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
Most of our activities are normally carried out throughout the year regardless of the rain.
In specific experiences, if the weather conditions prevent us from carrying out the activity, we would offer you an alternative date or a 100% refund .
Can I change the refund method in case of cancellation?
In the event of being entitled to a refund, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method in which the reservation was made.
It is an automatic operation which for security cannot be modified.How can I request a refund for cancellation?
If you are entitled to a refund, send us an email to [email protected] indicating your name and reservation number.
In what period is the amount returned?
The corresponding amount will be returned within 72 hours from receipt of the cancellation request.

Are all guided tours, activities or experiences suitable for children?
Most of our activities are suitable for the little ones.
However, some guided night tours, especially those related to mysteries and legends, are usually more focused on an adult public.
There are cases where we tell about events that have actually occurred and may impact young children.
Likewise, other long-lasting cultural tours can be too exhausting for the little ones.
In these cases the parents are the ones who know their children best and are the ones who have to make the decision under their responsibility.
